Mercy’s Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Clinic is under the direction of Dominic Heffel, MD, FACS, and provides care for breast cancer reconstruction surgery, along with traditional plastic and cosmetic procedures. Mercy’s Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Clinic is located on the second floor of Hall-Perrine Cancer Center.
