The Cedar Rapids/Iowa City chapters recently combined to create a more dynamic force in Eastern Iowa.
Both chapters have an illustrious history of attracting top advisors from the area as members. These two chapters both separately and as a joint effort have won multiple National awards for programming and membership. Additionally, with nearly 200 members NAIFA Eastern Iowa is a strong voice for financial advisors in both the Capitol in Des Moines as well as Washington DC. Our chapter has members that regularly meet with the Iowa Insurance Commissioner, Iowa House and Senate leadership, as well as both Senators and 4 Congressional members several times a year. Our chapter had first person meetings with Senator Chuck Grassley and his top Senate aides running the SECURE Act Bill prior to passage.
