Terracon’s Cedar Rapids office can trace its roots to 1965 and now has a support staff of more than 40 engineers, scientists, geologists, engineering technicians, and administrative staff providing environmental, geotechnical, and materials engineering and testing.
We have contributed to a variety of high-rise, transportation, and public works projects in the area. Our staff of environmental professionals have a combined 140 years of experience across a broad range of environmental services and maintains a variety of accreditations, certifications, and licenses.
Our extensive geotechnical services have completed more than 10,000 subsurface investigations in the area since our inception, and we maintain a fleet of three drill rigs and specialty equipment, including barges and boats to access job sites over water.
Our AASHTO/CCRL and USACE accredited materials laboratory provides geotechnical and materials engineering and testing services for soils, aggregates, concrete, and masonry. We are ready to help you with your project needs.
