The Cedar Rapids Electrical JATC is a joint Labor-Management training program made up of the combined support of IBEW Local 405 and the Iowa Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association. Our electrical apprenticeship programs offer an individual the opportunity to "Earn While You Learn"- where you are paid to learn and gain work experience under the supervision of a qualified journeyperson.
