We first opened our doors in 1973 as a small two-man shop in the Amana Colonies. Since settling in Cedar Rapids in 1981, Colony Heating and Air Conditioning has grown to be one of the largest heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), service, and hearth products (fireplaces) contractors in Iowa.
