MEMORIAL DAY AT CEDAR MEMORIAL Memorial Day is a time of reflection for everything our veterans have sacrificed for our great nation. Cedar Memorial will continue to honor veterans by displaying our Avenue of Flags. Saturday morning through Monday evening over 1,500 American flags will line the cemetery and Associates will be available to safely assist visitors. Historical Mausoleum Tours (limited to 20 per tour) will be conducted by Mark Stoffer Hunter, the "Cedar Rapids Historian" on Sunday and Monday.
