Mercy Medical Center Outpatient Dialysis Unit (16-2309), located on the 2nd floor, 701 10th Street SE, Cedar Rapids, Iowa 52403 will be closed and will no longer participate in the Medicare Program effective March 1, 2020. The agreement between Mercy Medical Center Outpatient Dialysis Unit (16-2309) and the Secretary of Health will be terminated on March 1, 2020 in accordance with the provisions of the Social Security Act.
