FIRST SECURITY Marketing Manager/Direstor First Security Bank, a $500mm community bank in North Central lowa seeks a Marketing Manager/Director to lead the bank's marketing efforts to achieve its strategic initiatives. The primary role of this individual will be to develop, implement, maintain and improve marketing strategies to retain and build our current customer relationships and market presence. Duties will include: working closely with Senior Management to promote bank products, services and initiatives, creatina and managina traditional and diaital marketing campaigns, overseeina corporate communication, managing the bank's public relations efforts and the supervision of marketing personnel The ideal candidate will be an experienced and enthusiastic Marketing professional with 7 years' experience at the Manager level, or higher, have a passion for marketing and the desire and experience to help our bank achieve its goals and exceptional communication skills.
