A typical day for Anee Lampe could include putting on jeans and work boots to check the progress of sewer installation at a commercial development site. It could also include a day in a dress and heels visiting a cake baking operation. Being a wife and mother as well as a commercial lender keeps Anee busy when she's not at her job. She and her husband Justin, who is an estimator for Metal Design Systems in Cedar Rapids, have three children: Rylee, Kinzlee and Hudson. Anee also is active in the community and is in involved with the College Community School District, Junior Achievement, and the Big Brothers Big Sisters program. The prolific lender manages a $60 million loan portfolio, including companies of all sizes throughout Linn and Johnson counties. Watching my customers succeed is the most rewarding part of my job, Anee states. "Helping them along the way, with not only credit, but broader financial perspective as their company progresses from startup to growth to diversification, is my role.
