Now Hiring Mobile Crisis Outreach On-Call Counselor CommUnity Formerly The Crisis Center Our Mobile Crisis Outreach On-Call Counselors provide counseling services to people in the community experiencing a mental health crisis. Counselors will be responsible for responding to clients within 60 minutes of dispatch in at least two of the following counties: Louisa, Washington, Keokuk, and Jefferson. Dispatch time is reimbursed at a rate of $31.84/hour or $45.48/hour on holidays. On call shifts are reimbursed at $2.50/hour, training and meetings are reimbursed at $12.50/hour, and reimbursement for the use of a personal cell phone is available if the employee takes at least one shift per week.
