Vance Law Office was founded in 1926 by Clifford M. Vance. In 1976, Mike Vance joined him in the practice of law in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. Mike Vance is admitted to practice before all Iowa Courts, the Iowa Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa and the United States Tax Court. Mike holds B.A. and J.D. degrees from The University of Iowa.
Mike served on the Iowa State Bar Association Board of Governors. He is a member of the American, Iowa State and Henry County Bar Associations and the Iowa Association for Justice. He also has been chosen to serve Henry County citizens as a partime Magistrate Judge. He served on the Board of directors of the Iowa Magistrates Association for 18 years.
