NOTICE TO RURAL RESIDENTS OF HENRY COUNTY On May 1, 2020 and thereafter Henry County Secondary Roads will conduct roadside spot herbicide treatments for noxious weeds and brush. Such treatments may contain the herbicide Milestone. Milestone herbicide's label contains restrictions for haying. Before haying in the County right-of-way consult the herbicide label and contact Henry County Road Department for more information. Iowa Law requires the County to control noxious weeds in the road right-of-way. Residents desiring spraying of road right-of-way adjacent to their property should contact the Henry County Engineer's Office.
