Phone Discounts Available to South Slope Customers South Slope Cooperative Communications is an Eligible Telecommunications Carier within its service area, providing services supported by the Federal Universal Service Program. South Slope's single line, local residential phone service is provided at $23.00 plus $6.50 Federal Subscriber Line Charge per month.
