GENERAL LABOR POSITION Taking applications for 12 General CONSTRUCIION Labor Positions. Starting field wage $15.00 per hour. Davis Bacon Act wages will apply on federally funded projects. Health Insurance and 401K options available after 90 day probationary period. Travel will be required with a strong likelihood of lodging away from home for up to six days a week. Likely work season, April thru November. Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications include the ability to lift up to 75 LBS repeatedly in extreme hot and cold weather. Employees will be required to work overtime sometimes 60+ hours a week. Work hours and locations will vary and possibly change with limited or no notice based on project needs. Job duties will include, but will not be limited to, Heavy Highway Construction, Concrete related tasks, assisting skilled laborers, and compliance with all OSHA regulations and OEL Construction Services Inc. safety protocols.
