Hospice of Washington County is a local community based not-for-profit, specializing in hospice and palliative care. We believe that everyone deserves quality care at the end-of-life. Hospice services include physical, psychosocial, and spiritual care for both the patients and their caregivers. Our care team provides assistance for day-to-day and long term needs. We tailor our services to the needs of each patient and their families. Our nurses have 24-hour access to all team members, including our Medical Director, Pharmacist, as well as the patient’s personal physician.
Hospice of Washington County serves Henry, Jefferson, Johnson, Keokuk, Louisa, Muscatine, and Washington counties. We are here for our community members facing a life limiting illness, for as long as they need us.
