HALCYON HOUSE, A WESLEYLIFE COMMUNITY FOR HEALTHY LIVING, LOCATED IN WASHINGTON, IOWA has three beautiful skilled nursing households, including a CCDI, that opened in April of 2017. Halcyon House is seeking a skilled Director of Nursing (DON), RN. The DON's role is broad in scope; overseeing clinical operations of our health center households. It is imperative that the DON has exceptional critical thinking skills, and is a progressive, forward thinker, who works well with person-centered care dynamics in a household setting. Basic Qualifications: Active RN license in the state of lowa, 3-5 years geriatric nursing administration experience, Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
