She guided the Agency during its response to the devastating floods of 2008, spearheaded the initiative to turn landfill gases into electricity, oversaw the development of the Resource Recovery building, and lead the transformation of a closed landfill into a recreation destination with the Mount Trashmore trails and overlook.
