CAN SOMEONE BRING A BALLOT TO MY CAR? Yes! If you are unable to enter the building where the polling place is located because of disability or other concerns, an election official will come to your car. An election official collects the voter's ID, locates the correct ballot, and brings a ballot, a secrecy folder, and an absentee ballot affidavit envelope to the voter's car. The voter fills out the ballot, places it in the secrecy folder and envelope, seals it, signs it, and deposits it in the absentee ballot drop box.
