Early, In-Person Voting Locations October 5th - Nov 2nd MASKS REQUIRED *Curbside Option The Linn County Auditor's Office will offer five early voting locations during the dates and times listed below: 823 3rd St SW, Cedar Rapids (near the Jean Oxley Linn County Public Service Center), Mondays through Fridays, October 5- November 2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, October 24 & Saturday, October 31 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Lindale Mall Food Court, 4444 1" Ave NE, Cedar Rapids Tuesdays through Saturdays, October 6 - October 28 from 11 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Cornell College, Multi-Sport Center, 835 1st Street W, Mount Vernon, IA Thursday, October 15 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. IBEW Local 405, 1211 Wiley Blvd sW, Cedar Rapids, IA Sunday, October 18 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Mission of Hope, 1700 B Ave NE, Cedar Rapids, IA Tuesday, October 20 from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. "How curbside voting works I AM UNABLE TO LEAVE MY CAR. CAN SOMEONE BRING A BALLOT TO MY CAR? Yes! If you are unable to enter the building where the polling place is located because of disability or other concerns, an election official will come to your car. An election official collects the voter's ID, locates the correct ballot, and brings a ballot, a secrecy folder, and an absentee ballot affidavit envelope to the voter's car. The voter fills out the ballot, places it in the secrecy folder and envelope, seals it, signs it, and deposits it in the absentee ballot drop box.
